hey I'M BACK! the past two weeks had been just AWESOME!
except for the fact that i have a really, really awful SORE THROAT!
thank goodness i'm recovering and my fever is gone already...
I MISS SINGING!
I CROAK LIKE A FROG NOW!!!!
(no offense, to all frogs in the world, including Kermit)

lemme do a little flashback and updating here (:

CON CAMP 2007
con camp 2007 (8-10june)was like quite a blast! though not as wonderful as my own con camp (haha) but nonetheless, God was there to help us see through a smooth and successful camp! and just as i thot my voice will fail me, i really thank God for he helped me pull through our last band rehearsal (which was just the nite before con camp from 8 till damn damn late) and of course the actual P&W session! AWESOME! i mean seriously! we didn't think it'll be that good! minor hiccups but they always serve the lighten up the atmosphere (: the confirmants and the facils were very spot-on! so, thank you everyone and hopefully everyone did enjoy the session! the other sessions during the camp were really informative and the sharings were just great! Anne-Marie's my co-fac and YOU ROCK MY SOCKS, AMERIE! yeah, she's one brave girl and she makes a really good leader now and in the future! i'm really happy with my group cuz like they were very cooperative and all! 2 peeps i alr knew b4 the camp: Rico and Rachel (Gabe's sis)! i see new faces (to me) and yeah i really hope the camp would be as memorable to them as mine was to me! my bro was one of the confirmants, and i did the IMPOSSIBLE: i actually hugged him during the most touching session and i reconciled with him. HAHAHA oh yes, and i found a new FAVE song: Why by Nichole Nordeman! i tell u man, i totally cried my eyes out when i saw the flash vid of this song!

TAKE A CHILL PILL
after camp, the next day, i just dived into the pool! literally! i'm back to swimming with the usual girls! i have this fetish for swimming nowadays.. in fact it's here to stay! shu and kong are in APS so they really taught me the proper technique of swimming since i didnt really took lessons and all. now it's almost like a breeze! better yet, i got my tan back! muaahahaahah :D rejoice! returned to bumming and well, it's just so normal-life to me (: but one thing i was looking forward to was YISS 2007! which was on the thursday of that week! like i would have gone for 2 consecutive camps by the end of june! like WOAH!

YISS 2007 (14-18june) AHHHH! THE AWESOMEST CAMP I'VE EVA BEEN TO! like 100 times better than con camp cuz it really gets better & better when your faith grows! ok i shan't be a spoiler for future batches of YISS participants... anyway, gen, eunice, ann, kel and me represented St Anne's for the camp! though we were split into diff grps, we were still having a whale of time there! meeting new people is indeed cool and all.

my grp ACTS 2:28 happened to be an all-girls grp. my facs were LYDIA & ANGELE and my intercessor, Daisy's sis, SHIRLEY! in case u're wondering what's ACTS 2:28, it's a verse from the Bible, "Thou hast made known to me the ways of Life; thou wilt make me full of gladness with thy presence." i guess that is what i'm searching for in life: Happiness (: anyway, gosh i can't tell you how AWESOME the camp is lah! but anyway, we all picked up some lines we became so totally addicted to: "Awesome!" (which we alr ♥ it) "It's the strangest thing!" and "It's the weirdest thing!" yeah! we saw this really awesome video clip which i cannot reveal either!

they say that the camp is life-changing... you don't know how true that is! i camp out of the camp and realised that the old me just DIED! and the new me was just BORNED! it's very hard to explain though. of cuz i still keep the good parts of the old me though... and God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit (WHO MAKE UP MY HUNKY BOYFRIEND ♥) is ever so close to me. like... i can't find another word then the oftenly-used word they use: TANGIBLE. and truly, God really works in each of us. we are so connected that everyone has at least a person he/she can help and at least a person that helped him/her. we are not as alone as we thought we are. we are very very blessed actually (: my facs have been so nice as to make fluffy wands and wrote us like damn nice notes lah! hahaha art friend rocks! in brief, YISS ROCKS & SALTies, GO FOR IT!

and yes, among all the spiritual stuff i was able to do, i'm glad to help my bestie back to the religion... it's a personal experience and i'll tell only if necessary. JOY YOU KNOW! she's really gone thru tough times and still is going thru... that's why i'm here i guess. hmm...
